These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between you and VIBOX LLC ("VIBOX", "we", "us") and govern your use of the Vibox mobile application and the public website at https://viboxapp.com (together, the "Service"). You can read these Terms without creating an account or signing in.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Vibox and do not use the website except to read these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
Vibox is an AI-assisted mobile messaging application published by VIBOX LLC. It helps you generate context-aware reply suggestions from text or screenshots you choose to supply. Vibox is not a multi-user chat product, and VIBOX does not provide corporate messaging licenses through this Service.
You finish onboarding in the app, including a goal, a problem, and a dialect. You may then submit screenshots and an optional note. Generating a reply requires your session and a current subscription. Vibox returns extracted text, a written analysis, and reply suggestions, stores that text, and shows it in the app.
We may change, limit, or stop features of Vibox, including model providers and available subscription products. We do not promise that the Service will be available without interruption.
2. Automated suggestions
Reply text, extracted text, and the psychological analysis are produced by an automated model. They can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. They are not a statement by VIBOX about any person shown in a screenshot or described in a note.
You are responsible for how you use a suggestion. Review it before you send it to anyone.
3. Accounts
On first launch, Vibox restores the current session or creates an anonymous account. The current application does not offer Google or email sign-in. The anonymous account is the account used for conversations and for subscription status.
You are responsible for the device that holds the session. If you clear the app's local session, you may lose access to that anonymous account on the device.
4. Your content
You retain whatever rights you already have in the text and images you submit. You grant VIBOX a license to host, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate Vibox, including sending it to the service providers described in the Privacy Policy and storing the text result of a generation request.
You represent that you have the right to submit the text and screenshots you provide, and that doing so does not violate applicable law or another person's rights. Do not submit content you are not allowed to share for this purpose.
5. Subscriptions and Google Play billing
Paid use of generation is a store subscription. The app loads the current products from RevenueCat. The purchase and any restore are completed through Google Play. VIBOX does not charge your payment card and does not store your card number.
The price and billing period are those shown by Google Play at the time you subscribe.
Subscriptions renew until you cancel them. Manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play. Google Play also handles refund requests under Google's terms. Deleting your Vibox account does not cancel the Google Play subscription and does not stop renewal charges.
Access to generation requires an active entitlement. If a subscription expires, is canceled and reaches the end of the paid period, or is otherwise inactive, generation is not available.
6. Account deletion
You may delete the Vibox account from the app. Deletion deletes the conversations for that account and requests deletion of the authentication user, as described in the Privacy Policy. It does not cancel your Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in Google Play if you do not want it to continue.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service. You may not attempt to disrupt it, bypass subscription checks, submit unlawful content, or use it to infringe someone else's rights. Requests that fail validation or the subscription check are rejected. Rejecting a request does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
8. Intellectual property
VIBOX owns the Vibox application, this website, and the VIBOX and Vibox branding, except for third-party components and for content you submit. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app and website in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the app or website, except where applicable law does not allow that restriction. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the Service to you.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIBOX disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and does not warrant that suggestions will be accurate, that the Service will be error-free, or that third-party stores, model providers, or hosting providers will continue without change.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIBOX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or the results of a reply you choose to send, arising out of the Service or these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIBOX's total liability for claims arising out of the Service or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for Vibox subscriptions during the twelve months before the claim. This limit does not apply where applicable law does not allow it.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date at the top. The Service uses anonymous accounts and does not have an email address for every user, so we do not promise to email notice of a change. If you continue to use Vibox after the updated Terms are posted, you agree to the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using Vibox and cancel any subscription in Google Play.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in the State of Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these Terms or the Service, except where applicable law requires a different venue. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that applicable consumer law does not allow to be waived.
