By accessing our website, installing the Vibe mobile application, or registering for any subscription-based accounts, you agree to be bound in full by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all access and uninstall our software.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you" or "User"), and VIBOX LLC, concerning your access to and use of our platforms. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service, including any future amendments. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Services after the publication of changes indicates your explicit consent to the updated terms.
2. Description of Subscription Terms
VIBOX LLC is a high-performance software development studio. We publish digital assets, web portals, and mobile products, including Vibe—a Next-Generation Messaging Assistant Application designed to facilitate team collaboration, real-time message automation, and secure corporate communications. The Services are offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) utility, requiring users to maintain active registrations and connection terminals. We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our mobile application architecture or backend services at any time, with or without notice, to facilitate patches, improve database security, or roll out Google Play Store deployment upgrades.
Access to Vibe is managed under our B2B & B2C SaaS Monetization Model, utilizing monthly and annual recurring subscriptions, with transactions billed via Google Play Billing Services for consumers and direct corporate licensing agreements for enterprise entities.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, all assets, source code, database structures, algorithms, mobile application architecture designs, text, brand marks, and graphic assets comprising our Services are the exclusive property of VIBOX LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws. VIBOX LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our website and download the Vibe application solely for your personal or authorized internal business operations. You must not decompile, reverse engineer, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of our software or trademarks without our express written consent.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall VIBOX LLC, its officers, developers, employees, or suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data security compromises, system downtime, business interruption, or other intangible losses arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, our messaging application or web services. Our aggregate liability for all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of subscription fees paid by you to VIBOX LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service, your relationship with VIBOX LLC, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms or the use of our Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
