This Privacy Policy describes how VIBOX LLC ("VIBOX", "we", "us") handles information when you use the Vibox mobile application and when you visit https://viboxapp.com. It is the public privacy policy for Vibox and for this website. You can read it without creating an account or signing in.

2. What Vibox does
Vibox is a mobile application that helps you suggest replies from text or screenshots you choose to upload. You provide the material. Vibox uses it to generate reply suggestions for you.
Those suggestions are produced automatically. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice. You decide whether to send a suggestion to anyone else.
3. Your account
Vibox creates an anonymous account on your device. The session stays on the device. The app uses that account to associate your requests, saved results, and subscription status with you.
4. Information we process
Depending on how you use Vibox, we process:
- An account identifier.
- A goal, a problem, and a dialect, when you finish onboarding.
- Images or screenshots you upload.
- A text note you choose to add.
- Extracted text from the material you submit.
- Generated replies, and a written analysis produced with those replies.
- A conversation rating, if you submit one.
- Subscription status, including the information needed to know whether your paid access is active. This does not include your payment card number.
5. Images and saved text
Images or screenshots you upload are used to generate the reply. A copy of those images is not stored in the application's database. The text of the result is stored. That text can include the note you provided, extracted text, the written analysis, generated replies, and a rating if you submitted one.
Saved conversations may be used to improve the context of a later reply for the same user.
6. Who receives information
To operate Vibox, information described above is processed with these services:
- Supabase, for authentication and the database.
- RevenueCat, for subscription status.
- Google Play, for payment.
- An artificial intelligence model provider, to generate the reply from the text and images you submit.
- The hosting provider that operates the application service.
VIBOX LLC does not sell personal information. VIBOX LLC does not store your payment card number. Google Play processes the payment.
7. How long we keep information
The application does not set a fixed schedule that automatically deletes stored information after a number of days. Information is kept while it is needed to provide Vibox, including saved conversation text and subscription status, unless you delete your account as described below.
8. Deleting your account
You can delete your Vibox account in the app. Deletion deletes the conversations for that account and requests deletion of the authentication user.
Deleting the account does not cancel your Google Play subscription and does not stop renewal charges. Cancel the subscription in Google Play if you do not want it to continue.
You may also email support@vibox.com with a question about access, correction, or deletion. Emailing us does not, by itself, cancel a Google Play subscription.
9. Security
Connection to the application service uses HTTPS. Generating a reply requires a session and a current subscription. Inputs are checked before a reply is generated. Secret credentials are not kept inside the app.
10. This website
viboxapp.com is a public website. You do not need an account to read these pages. This website does not use a contact form. If you email support@vibox.com, your message goes to that mailbox through your email provider.
The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to retrieve those font files.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version at this URL and change the date above.
